  In the 70's or early eighties a Floral Hills salesman came to our house and sold my dad 2 plots for he and my mother. He purchased them sight unseen which was out of character for him. But I'm sure this salesman had some beautifully retouched photos showing grassy, beautifully manicured lawns and willow trees by a pond to sway my parents. It wasn't until my Dad passed in 1995 that I actually saw this wretched place and it has only gone down hill from there. I remember it took nearly 2 years for them to get grass on my father's grave. Because I'm guessing that they just run over the markers the lettering on my dad's marker are knicked off. At one point his flower vase was badly bent over to one side which I'm certain was done by some lazy grounds keeper who cut it too lose with the riding mower.there are weeds growing up out of some grave markers, (no trimming here. I have to carry my garden tools to weed. T he grass always looks like it is dead no matter the weather conditions, or season. Today I was there and I could barely walk to my dad's plot because the graves and surrounding areas are sinking in so bad. I wouldn't bury a pet parakeet there. If I had the means to do so, I would move my dad and put him anywhere but here, and my mother would never be interned here. Worst cemetery ever!!

  Unprofessional, it took over 6 months to respond to my concearns. Still they did not address it. I would rather go in a pi.e box than there.
